In severe cases, the bearing will be damaged. To solve this phenomenon, it is usually necessary to check the preliminary cover regularly and fill in oil in time. When refueling, the oil cannot fill the entire end cover, and one-third of the space should be reserved. At this time, it is necessary to oil the bearing, clean it, replace the oil and seal, and check the oil quality and oil filling condition.
(3) Lack of bearing thermal expansion space
The main performance is that when the production time is long, the bearing temperature is high, and the bearing will be damaged. The main reason is that the bearing end cover is too tight when pressing the bearing outer ring, leaving no room for thermal expansion of the shaft. When the temperature rises, the shaft expands, making the bearing end cover dead, and there is no axial clearance.
